Currently there are 231 active single family homes on Longboat Key
13 homes are in escrow (pending or backups needed)
15 single family homes have sold year to date
Closed properties (solds) ranged in price from $650,000 to $4,500,000.

Country Club Shores - Longboat Key Real Estate Update

Many homes for sale in Country Club Shores are on canal front lots and are offered with boat docks. These wide and deep canals provide access directly to Sarasota Bay. No bridges to the bay in this community and most homes provide dockage for a large boat.
Built in the 1960s, homes in Country Club Shores are being updated, remodeled, torn down and rebuilt. You can search for a "handyman special" or a "fixer upper" in this wonderful Longboat Key neighborhood. Don't want to fool around with a project, many of the older homes have been resorted using top of the line appointments. Country Club Shores is a Sarasota neighborhood positioned close to restaurants, golf courses and St. Armands Circle.
Sarasota buyer's market is heating up on Longboat Key, and the Sarasota MLS currently lists 53 residences as active in Country Club Shores. Our October article on Country Club Shores listed 53 homes for sale. Prices currently range from $399,900 for 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1666 sq.ft. to $3,999,500 for a 5,024 sq.ft. bay front residence built in 2006.
